私たちのものづくりは、鉄、ステンレス、アルミニウムの薄い板から出発します。0.5㎜から4㎜の金属板を切断し、曲げ、成形し、溶接し、塗装を一貫して行います。優れた職人の技と経験を生かすために、ハイテクな生産設備も効率よく取り入れ、安定的に高品質な製品を提供できます。
Our manufacturing begins with thin sheets of iron, stainless steel, and aluminum.We process metal sheets ranging from 0.5mm to 4mm in thickness, carrying out cutting, bending, forming, welding, and painting in a seamless, integrated workflow.To fully harness the expertise and craftsmanship of our skilled artisans, we efficiently incorporate high-tech production equipment, ensuring the stable delivery of high-quality products.
Cutting and Bending
薄い金属の板は、高性能のレーザーカットマシンを用いて自由な形にせん断されます。切り出した金属板を精度高く曲げるのは人です。滑らかな曲線や、端正な直線を精度高く成形するには、素材に対する知見と手先の技術が必要です。わたしたちは高品質な製品をつくるために高性能の機械と人の技術を融合させています。
Thin metal sheets are precisely sheared into freeform shapes using high-performance laser cutting machines. However, it is skilled hands that bend the cut metal sheets with precision. Creating smooth curves and sharp, refined straight lines requires both knowledge of the material and dexterous craftsmanship. To produce high-quality products, we integrate advanced machinery with human expertise.
Welding
半自動・TIG・MIG・スポット溶接など多数の溶接設備と高い技術で製品の形をつくります。溶接後、溶接部分は滑らかに研磨し、きれいに整えます。溶接部の研磨には細心の注意が必要です。研磨し過ぎると溶接部分の強度が損なわれ、研磨の圧力が足りなければ美しさが損なわれます。
We shape our products using a variety of welding techniques, including semi-automatic welding, TIG, MIG, and spot welding, supported by advanced equipment and expert craftsmanship. After welding, each weld is carefully ground smooth and precisely finished. The grinding process requires meticulous attention—too much grinding can weaken the weld, while insufficient pressure can compromise its aesthetic quality.
Painting
塗装にも特別なこだわりを持っています。焼付塗装・粉体塗装・溶剤塗装など幅広いニーズに応える塗装設備を取り入れています。熟練の技能者によるきめの細かい塗装で、製品を美しく仕上げます。すべて手作業で行うため、特に技術を要する工程です。
We take exceptional care in our coating process. To meet diverse needs, we incorporate various techniques such as baked enamel, powder coating, and solvent-based coating. Each product is carefully finished by skilled artisans, ensuring a flawless and refined appearance. Since every step is performed by hand, this process requires a high level of expertise and precision.
